Customer Success Manager
- You are the first point of contact for our customers in the project and responsible for customer success
- You guide the customers through the project with agile methods and inspire them with quick results
- You lead projects professionally to success and you look forward to your customer success
- As the interface between customers and remote teams, you are the direct contact in the project
- Together with our customers you will develop ideas and work out solutions for digital challenges
- Depending on your capabilities, you will look after 3-8 customers in active projects
- Coaching and support for all topics are available to you and are there when you need them
- Independent and solution-oriented work

- At least 2 years of experience in customer management or project management with direct customer contact
- You have a good technical understanding
- You have experience with agile methods based on Scrum
- Very good communication and assertiveness skills in direct contact with demanding customers
- Skill in leading employees and a good instinct for dealing with customers
- You like to inspire customers and present results and solution concepts that convey competence and commitment
- Very good written and spoken Portuguese and English

Squad Manager
- You will support the Customer Success Manager in your squad team in delivering successful project results to customers
- You will create invoices, offers, reports and requirements documents for seamless project processes
- You create project plans and team capacity plans for efficient staffing of your project team
- You plan costs and sales in your squad and keep the profitability of projects under control
- You are responsible for the entire project administration in the squad
- You have your back to spare for the Customer Success Manager in your squad, so that they have to invest time in personal contact with your customers
- You create specifications and offers together with the Customer Success Manager from your squad
- Coaching and support for all topics are available to you side and are there when you need them
